Articulated boom lifts are designed for transporting personnel, tools, and materials in a man cage to perform work at an elevation for the construction, repair, and operation of power transmission lines, as well as for construction, installation, and operation works in other sectors of economy. The lift can have two or three joints (with an electrically insulated man cage).
Articulated boom lifts use the following principle: the sections of the job fold and unfold relative to each other and to the supporting rotary base.
